  • Managing customer’s site visits
  • Organizing and Accompany prospective customers on site visits to demonstrate projects/ flats/ scheme
  • Establishing new business opportunity
  • Maintaining accurate reports of all individual clients and sales activity.
  • Attending property exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Reviewing sales performance to develop new sales strategies.
  • Coordination with sales head and clients.
  • Negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Identifying and generating leads that can be converted into prospective customers.
  • Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and emails.
  • Identify new customers; execute sales strategy & tactics to maximize sales.
  • Act as an intermediary between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
