Managing customer’s site visits
Organizing and Accompany prospective customers on site visits to demonstrate projects/ flats/ scheme
Establishing new business opportunity
Maintaining accurate reports of all individual clients and sales activity.
Attending property exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Reviewing sales performance to develop new sales strategies.
Coordination with sales head and clients.
Negotiating and closing the deal.
Identifying and generating leads that can be converted into prospective customers.
Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Identify new customers; execute sales strategy & tactics to maximize sales.
Act as an intermediary between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
